When you make your first booking with us, we ask for your name and full postal address, Email address, contact telephone numbers and Date of Birth.

You will only have to enter this information once and it is necessary for us to register these details in order to create your account. You can rest assured that your personal details will not be sold, hired or divulged to any third party, see our Privacy Statement

At this stage we also ask you to select the length of greeting you wish to purchase, the price varies according to the amount of time you require. See Prices

Step 2

The next page is where you enter the name and full postal address, Email address, contact telephone numbers and Date of Birth of the person whose birthday you want to celebrate.

Again, ALL this information is essential to prevent confusion in case we have different 'Hugs' for two people with the same name and birthday. You are also asked to confirm your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

Step 3

This page is where we give you a summary of your order and you are asked to confirm that you are happy to proceed to payment.

We also give you some helpful advice regarding the kind of video greeting that would be acceptable without contravening Ofcom regulations, and details about getting your greeting to us.

Step 4

Step 4 now takes you to the secure server operated by WorldPay.

This is where you will be asked to make your payment by Credit or Debit Card. This process is very straightforward and only takes a minute or two. Please be patient at this point and wait for your onscreen acknowledgement of your payment. Once your payment has been processed you can explore further or leave the site completely.

We will send you an Email confirming the details of your booking, this is your receipt and will also have your 'User Name' and 'Password'. For security reasons this Email will also have a link to our site which we require you to click on and confirm your booking to us.

You will then be able to access a page where you can enter the names and Email addresses of all the people that you would like us to invite to watch your 'starring' role on National TV.

Once You've Booked

Once you have completed Step 4 we will have created an account for you and you will soon appreciate the benefits.

Every time you want to access your account, to make another booking or to add, change or delete more names to your Invitation List, you must use your 'User Name and Password' and this information you must keep secret. As long as you log on with your User Name and Password, you will not have to enter your details again, unless you change your address

We will be introducing Christmas and New Year Greetings very soon, and as an account holder you will qualify for Priority Booking on these and other Special Occasions we will introduce later. Our account holders will also be the first to know about any Special Offers we may introduce.
